Sometimes a cooked egg yolk are in the middle of the rich tasting dessert.

While now, people are getting more creative, and one of the special moon cake that many people enjoy come with ice cream filling. It's tasty but not quite not as heavy and are specially loved by little kids.

During the ceremony, the bride and the groom will be in red robes. The bride will be in her phoenix coronet and with a red cloth/veil covering her face during the ceremony. They will make three courtesies. The first one to the heaven and earth to show respect to gods, anchestors and all beings. The second to the parents for their love and care they give. Then the third to each other for mutual respect. Only after this, they become man and wife.

The noodles come with a specialty dressing with light soy sauce, chilli powder, vinegar and then each restaurant perhaps has their own version of secet spice. The are mixed together with peanuts, chopped green onion and soybeans. The flavor is very strong and long lasting – it's simply hard to forget after you try and yes, very addictive! It's easy to make but the ingredients are important.

It's popular in Chengdu and Chongqing area and if you are visiting Sichuan province, make sure you find it in the local restaurants.
