| Greet the locals, engage in some small talk, order your food at a restaurant and even find your own way around town! We prepared some useful phrase cards that will assit you in China. These phrases are spelled in “Pinyin” – an official system that uses the Roman alphabetic sound system to represent the sounds in Standard Mandarin. The cards are a convenient size, so that you can cut them and keep them handy. Also provided are some links to other websites and book/audio CD recommendations that will help you with a more extensive study of the language. Have fun! |
