To most travelers, visiting China is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. “Where should I go?” is a very basic question, yet, it’s difficult to answer. As China Specialists, we do not offer standard responses, rather, we need to know what your interests are to be able to make suggestions and ‘customize’ your tours.

The destinations included in this section cover the most famous cities of China as well as our personal favorite, from ancient capitals to modern metropolis, remote serenity to hustle and bustle, outdoor adventure to historic archeology. Some are the must see places, and some are off the beaten path. We do not intend to provide the perfect answers, but only wish to inspire you with more ideas.
